Easy and Natural Looking Brows!

Never underestimate the power of a well-shaped brow. Brows has the ability to create proportion, balance and harmony. I’m a big advocate of brushing the brows as you instantly can see a cleaner line, along with any gaps in the brow that need extra attention. Brushing them up and separating the little hairs helps them appear thicker and gives them more shape.

Things you’ll need :

1.      Eyebrow brush or spoolie

2.      Eyebrow wax or gel

First, to make the feathery and fluffy look achievable use a spoolie. Make sure is fluffy but sturdy.

Going over your brows with an eyebrow wax or gel will help keep your brows in place and properly groomed. Simply run the product over the brows with the spoolie and the wax will apply a natural yet firm hold. Try brushing the brows up, this works to open the eye area and creates the illusion of a higher lifted brow.

Fill them up with the proper eyeshadow or eyebrow pencil by drawing hair-like strokes and mimicking the direction of the hair growing in. Note that if you have thinner and sparser eyebrows you will need to use a little more makeup to enhance your eyebrows more. Brow pencils these days are great for applying hair-like strokes that look so realistic!

As a finish step, brush up the brows again to blend the color onto the skin to create the most natural and fuller looking brow.

I often recommend using a clear brow gel, that way you can have more control at the time to color and shape your brows.
